Adel District, now the largest urban development of residential areas in the Eastern Province, is located west of Dammam City, along King Fahd Road, one of the city’s pulsing arteries that connects to King Saud Street. It is linked to Riyadh Road and is the final urban development on the Airport Road until 1450 AH.

Adel District spans around 3 million square meters. Marking a milestone in Dammam’s urban expansion, its infrastructure has been developed in accordance with the latest approved standards and has been extended with the full range of facilities, which include residential, commercial, health, educational, recreational, and green spaces.
